This month we’ve been planning our SEMA content and getting “Stock to Not” going so we are ready for the Daytona Turkey Rod Run! (Check out the January 2024 issue for our introduction to this project.) As with most projects, most things don’t go as planned, and there are absolutely more costs and parts involved than originally anticipated—and this one is no exception to that. Those who have had a special vehicle stolen from them know that the ordeal is an emotional mixture of equal parts vulnerability, frustration, and anger. That feeling of having someone break into a familiar space and make themselves right at home can leave one feeling victimized and unprotected.
