Fruit tea cupcakes with marshmallow icing Makes 12 large cupcakes 200g butter, softened 330g castor sugar 3 extra-large eggs 300g cake wheat flour 2 tsp baking powder a pinch of salt ½ cup buttermilk ½ cup strong brewed fruit tea (We used Twinings Four Red Fruits Tea) FOR THE ICING 2 tbsp butter, melted 200g marshmallows pomegranate rubies, to garnish 1. These melt-in-the-mouth crescents of perfect crumbly shortbread are a traditional Greek biscuit known as kourabiedes. They make delicious Easter (or anytime) treats. Facebook can be a challenging space for the bereaved. We get reminders of the deceased’s birthdays and, occasionally, automatic posts they had set up before their death appear in our timelines. Facebook’s approach is to have a deceased person’s account deleted or memorialised. Deletion is the permanent removal of the account and can happen when a request is received from a verified family member. The sole benefit of a memorialised account seems to be that reminders that might upset loved ones, such as birthday reminders, no longer appear in public online spaces.
