DREAM 1: A few days before my paternal grandmother died, I dreamed that my grandfather (who had died years ago) came to fetch her in a rowing boat and she was waiting for him on the shore with a small suitcase. During therapy sessions, I’ve often encountered sulky, withdrawn teens, and seen the frustrated or embarrassed reaction of the parents.
