Many native Floridians are happy to see winter make its way out of the Sunshine State. After months of blustery cold weather, the beginning of spring a couple of weeks ago reminds us that some great fishing is just ahead, if not already happening.
April can be outstanding for just about all species that inhabit the region. In the Tampa Bay Estuary alone, over 200 different species of fish reside.
