Sweet potato & broccoli calzone
SERVES 4
15ml (1 tbsp) olive oil1 onion, peeled, diced2 garlic cloves, peeled, chopped1 sweet potato, peeled, diced into 1cm (½ in) cubes1 head of broccoli, coarsely chopped3 tbsp tomato purée100g (3½ oz) Cheddar cheese, grated1 mozzarella ball1 free-range egg, whiskeda pinch of flour, for dusting325g (11½ oz) shop-bought orhomemade shortcrust pastry
