Created by the Japanese chiropractor Dr Kenso Kase in 1979, it promises to reduce muscular pain, while providing support for joints. A study concluded that eating 800 grams of fruit and veg daily lowered the possibility of a stroke by a third and heart problems by 24 per cent.
