When it comes to inshore fishing, few areas rival South Carolina’s Lowcountry, where red drum (redfish), speckled trout, sheepshead, black drum, flounder, tarpon and other favorites thrive. Georgetown is South Carolina’s third oldest city and within an hour’s drive of both Myrtle Beach and Charleston.
