This 19km day walk doesn’t require an early start if you’re driving from Melbourne (100km) or enjoying a weekend in the wine, cider, antiques, music, arts, mineral springs, food and gold region of Castlemaine (10km) and Malmsbury (8km). Fryerstown, once home to 15,000 people, hosts an annual popular antiques and collectables fair.
