Zoe Hardman has just finished her Heart FM show and is feeling invigorated, excited and “reset” for the year ahead, she tells HELLO!, when we catch up on our exclusive photoshoot with her and her husband, former rugby union player Paul Doran-Jones.
Fizzing with positivity, the radio and TV broadcaster says she is a different person from the one she was two years ago, when she describes herself as depressed, frightened and confused.
“I was scared of losing myself and never finding myself again,” she reveals. “I had some really dark days.”
