King Abdullah II of Jordan and his wife Queen Rania looked on with pride and joy as their eldest son, Crown Prince Hussein, got engaged last week to the beautiful Rajwa Al Saif, in a moving ceremony witnessed by their families.
This ritual, held according to tradition at the home of the bride-tobe’s father, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, took place in the presence of loved ones, who watched the future King, 28, slip a sparkling engagement ring onto the fourth finger of his fiancée’s right hand, as is Arabic custom.
Queen Rania, 51, shared touching images of the ceremony on Instagram, including one of herself with her future daughter-in-law.
