Bringing some glorious Technicolor to London’s South Bank, the BFI London Film Festival celebrated cinema’s latest must-sees – with a little help from the industry’s brightest talents.
There were lights, cameras and plenty of interaction with the crowds from stars including Eddie Redmayne and Jessica Chastain (far left), celebrating the premiere of their film The Good Nurse, and Florence Pugh (right), who brought along a special co-star to see her new thriller The Wonder: her grandmother.
“She’s literally living the sparkly dream. She loves it,” said the actress.
Reunited at the Royal Festival Hall, the stars of Empire of Light, including Tanya Moodie, Crystal Clarke, Colin Firth and Olivia Colman, joined its director and screenwriter Sir Sam Mendes (all left) for the first public viewing in the UK.
