Ex-King Constantine II of Greece dies The Prince of Wales is mourning his godfather ex-King Constantine II after Greece’s last monarch passed away last week aged 82. DRIED HONEY APPLE CRISPS Serves 2 Takes 30 minutes Moreish crisps with just goodness in them. INGREDIENTS • 2 Pink Lady apples, unpeeled• 2 tbsp runny honey 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4. 2. Using a sharp knife, thinly slice the apples into rounds about 3mm/1⁄8in thick. Discard any pips (leave the core), then arrange on a wire rack over a baking tray. 3. Using half of the runny honey, brush one side of each apple slice. Bake the brushed apple slices in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, turn the apple slices over and brush the other side with the remaining honey.
