Chicken noodles

• 600g chicken thigh fillets, cubed• 30ml oil• 2 chillies, chopped• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped• 60ml soy sauce• 30ml oyster sauce• 200g noodles, prepared according to packet instructions• 3 carrots, diced• 3 stalks celery, chopped• 2 large baby marrows, thinly sliced• 1 small cabbage, chopped• 1 bunch spring onions, chopped• 60ml chopped fresh coriander• 15ml sesame seeds 1 Brown the chicken in half the oil until golden. Add the chilli, garlic, soy sauce and oyster sauce and cook for 30 seconds. Add the noodles and stir-fry until fragrant and well combined. Add a little water if necessary.
