It's no secret that I'm not a gadget girl. I am slow to adopt technology and enjoy simple pleasures. Easy preparation and one-dish wonders appeal to me, I work on a desktop and still use a paper diary (don't laugh). Having said that, I simply cannot imagine cooking for my family without my air fryer.
