You will need • Kraft, white and black paper • Gold and silver paint pens • Ruler • Pencil • Scissors • Clear beading wire • Glue 1 For a large-sized pinwheel, first measure and cut a 70cm x 100cm sheet from a roll of paper. USE A PLANNING SERVICE ‘We used an architect to plan the space but then we used B&Q’s design service to fine-tune the kitchen layout. You will need • 15 pampas grass stems • Hairspray • Scissors • Beading/ floral wire • Wire cutters • 25cm (10in) wooden hoop 1 Spray the pampas grass plumes with hairspray to stop them shedding, then trim the stems with scissors to remove any long stalks. 2 Cut 15 pieces of wire measuring around 15cm with the wire cutters. 3 Take the hoop and start binding the first pampas stem to it with the wire, wrapping it around a few times to hold it tight. Place the next stem over the first and bind with wire as before, tucking the stalks in. 4 Continue binding the stems to the hoop until every gap is filled and the stalks are covered up by the pampas plumes.…

Bathroom panels, or wallboards, can fit over existing surfaces including old tiles or plasterboard, making installation quicker than tiling. Panels are easy to wipe down, and there’s no grout to crack or attract dirt. Designs on offer include plain gloss finishes in simple neutrals and vibrant brights.
