For the last month or so, I’ve been digging through the photo library, inventorying the negative files in an attempt to find out what’s there and what isn’t. The photo files, created by our lab in 1955, consist of more than a million frames of cars, car people, shops, car events, howtos, and car tests. They were taken by Eric “Rick” Rickman, Bob D’Olivo, Pat Brollier, Ray Brock, Tom Medley, Wally Parks, other photo lab staff members, and HOT ROD, Car Craft, Rod & Custom, Motor Trend, Sports Car Graphic, and Motor Life staffers.
