Most ergonomic keyboards and mice currently available on the market tend to put usersâ joints at neutral angles, aiming to reduce the pressures that can contribute to carpal tunnel syndrome. However, Swedish computer hardware company Penclic is looking for new, novel ways to protect its consumersâ joints. The rather offbeat Penclic Mouse, for example, completely throws out the conventional mouse design in favour of a docked pen. In another interesting twist, Penclicâs NiceTouch T2, an ergonomic trackpad, comes complete with built-in scroll wheel and palm rest.
