Back in 2016, Tijana and Matthew Papandrea found themselves outgrowing their living arrangements. What was your first property flip? I turned around an apartment in Bellevue Hill, NSW, that I bought for $970,000, and in three months I made close to $280,000. Creating a home for your family is a primal desire, and Abby Summerton and Scott Inness have done just that with this luminous terrace renovation in Sydney’s inner south. As owners of building firm Kinn Construction, they did much of the project’s heavy lifting, metaphorically at least.
