SALMON NAME FOR SUSHI A group of people, who changed their names to take advantage of a sushi restaurant promotion, have been discouraged by Taiwanese officials. The food chain, Akindo Sushiro, offered anyone who included “salmon” in their legal name an all-you-can-eat meal for themselves and five friends. Reports claim around 150 sushi-enthusiasts submitted a name change request for a new ID card and registration certificate. Some of the selected names included, “Explosive Good Looking Salmon”, “Salmon Prince”, “Meteor Salmon King” and “Salmon Fried Rice”. One customer admitted, “I’ve changed my first name to salmon and two of my friends also did. Fortnite never ceases to amaze and yet again developer Epic Games has gone big with the start of the new season. Indeed, it got the same directors from the Avengers: Endgame movie to create the intro video and help write the story. Xbox Wireless Headset Microsoft has released an official headset and it’s surprisingly good. It’s got a simple and sleek design, but it’s very comfortable to wear and incredibly easy to use. It syncs quickly to all Xbox consoles, but also can be used with PCs and mobile devices via Bluetooth. The 40mm drivers don’t make for the loudest sound, but it’s well balanced and clear, giving you an awesome surround sound experience. If you’re into the sci-fi MMO game Anthem, we have some bad news. The big Anthem 2.0 update, that was supposed to fix most of the problems with the game, has been cancelled. Developer BioWare has decided to give up on the game and focus on other projects. SWITCH MIITOPIA Miitopia is a JRPG that stars Mii characters instead of regular game heroes. It’s an unusual twist for this genre because RPGs are usually so focused on big over-the-top characters. But because the story and gameplay are kept so light-hearted and simple, it works well. Plus, because it stars a whole bunch of Mii characters, you can customise just about everything to do with their appearance. Also unusual in this game is the relationship system; you need to constantly talk to other characters – and even animals like horses. If you have fun with them, they’ll help you more in battle.
