SUPER SONIC SUPER FAN An American man who has collected Sonic the Hedgehog memorabilia for 30 years has scored a Guinness World Record. Barry Evans, from Texas, revealed his official tally of 3,050 items all featuring the gaming hero. In 1992, Evans purchased his first video game - a copy of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for Sega Genesis and has been a fan of the character ever since. His collection continued to expand with Evans saying, “I saw a poster and more toys, and I just started decorating my room with it... A new campaign has been added as a free update to the excellent racing game Trackmania, which adds 25 new tracks and 100 medals to collect. If you like your farming simulations and life sims, you’ll be happy to know that the next Story of Seasons game has been announced for Switch, PS5 and PC later this year.
