THE PROPERTY A detached Georgian house in Bristol, built in 1826. On the ground floor there is a vestibule, kitchen, study, snug, living room, dining room and WC. On the first floor is the master bedroom, dressing room, two bathrooms, two further bedrooms and a laundry room. There are two more bedrooms, a sitting room, bathroom and roof terrace on the top floor.
VESTIBULE
To counteract the sternness of the original Greek-style stone walls and floor, Emily wanted a distinctive wallpaper. ‘Everyone thinks this is a painted mural,’ she says. ‘It’s so unusual.’
