1tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 onion, finely chopped2 cloves garlic, thinly slicedsea salt and cracked black pepper6 slices prosciutto, chopped160g sourdough breadcrumbs30g amaretti biscuits, crushed25g flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped10g marjoram leaves1 egg2tbsp sherry vinegar12 red apples
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas 4. Place the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Add the onion, garlic, salt and pepper and cook, stirring, for 4-5 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the prosciutto, breadcrumbs, amaretti biscuits, parsley, marjoram, egg and vinegar and mix to combine.
