There's no need for complicated templates or stencils to create stunning quilt designs! A simple circle can make lots of designs, using Paula's clever tricks. CREATING CIRCLE DESIGNS Using circles in your quilting can add a feeling of movement and texture to a quilt. By only using a simple grid structure and a cardboard circle you can create wonderful flowing quilting designs. How you choose to quilt these is up to you, you could hand sew, free motion quilt or use your walking foot. My journey with Jogakbo began with a simple love for playing with colors and patterns from ancestors. I just couldn’t stop, because I was so curious about how different fabrics felt with the colors they were dyed, and how the threads matched up together to create unique pieces. After my second child was born, I felt a strong desire to rebuild my career and regain my confidence. When his very first birthday came, I wanted to create a special piece of Jogakbo for his Doljanchi (first birthday celebration in Korea). I was amazed when people loved it.
