Earlier this year, we reported on a new service being tested in Australia and New Zealand that let disgruntled Spotify users transfer music libraries and playlists to Apple Music. Now that service is coming to the rest of the world.
According to an Apple support document, the ability to transfer your library and playlists to Apple Music is available in Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Mexico, New Zealand, the U.K., and the U.S. The service, which is powered by SongShift and available in the Apple Music app or on the web, works to add your saved music and playlists you’ve created in other music services, such as Spotify, to your Apple Music library.
