Alexandria, VA: Steak, Seafood Complement Bustling Bar Program
Located along the Potomac River with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide views of the water, Ada’s On The River opened in January in Alexandria, Virginia. Hospi-tality firm Alexandria Restaurant Partners created the venue, the ninth in its portfolio of restaurant and bars. Ada’s is built around a wood-burning oven and high-lights steak and seafood, boasting a varied menu by Chef Randall Matthews (entrées are $19-$89).
