Philip Walter Foden was born in Stockport, Greater Manchester, and grew up a massive boyhood fan of Man. City! He joined the club’s academy when he was just four years old and has worked his way through the youth system. After breaking into the first team as a 17-year-old, he soon received the nickname “The Stockport Iniesta” by City fans. Awesome!
