1 MIXED-GRIP CHINUP
Hang from a bar using a mixed grip (one palm facing you, the other facing away), with your hands slightly beyond shoulder width (A). Pull your chest to the bar (B), pause, and then slowly lower yourself. Do 4 sets of 8 reps, flipping your grip halfway through each set.
