PHNOM PENH: Cambodia’s trade volume with its fellow Asean member states reached $9.67 billion in the first seven months of 2025, up 5.2% from $9.19bn over the same period last year, said an official report yesterday.
The country exported products worth $3.53bn to other Asean countries during the January-July period this year, up 17.8% year-on-year, while its total import amounted to $6.14bn, up 0.92%, said the report from the Ministry of Commerce.
Cambodia’s trade volume with Asean accounted for 26.2% of the kingdom’s total trade volume of $36.88bn in the first seven months of 2025, the report said.
The kingdom’s top five trading partners in Asean were Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia, the report added.
