I USED TO BE A fun person: up for adventure, flexible in spirit, ready to laugh. The deeper I journeyed into motherhood, however, the heavier the weight of responsibility became. Having three teenagers now means saving for college, worrying about them behind the wheel, battling to get them off their screens. That fun person is just a memory from my past.
