A MINT RESCUE
I absolutely love mountain biking, but my main passion is farming. While out on a bike ride in Brinscall Woods, Lancashire (my local), my friend James and I came across a baby lamb, curled into a ball. It had bloody cuts on its face and leg, and with my agricultural experience (I grew up on a farm), I instantly knew it had been attacked by a dog. So, we offered it some water and then popped it into one of our bags. We rode to the farmer who owns the land and livestock in Rivington, and returned the frightened creature. Now, a few weeks later, the lamb is happy and healthy, chilling with her friends, and her wounds have healed nicely. Big props to James,…
