ANNIVERSARY ARTWORKS King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium are the subject of two separate artworks released in honour of the King’s 10 years as monarch. Ahead of the milestone, the Belgian royal palace released a stunning new photographic portrait of the couple.
