I’m still not sure my heart has recovered from last week’s MKR, but it certainly has had the entire office talking about the big fight and its aftermath. One thing’s for sure, it’s compulsive viewing as every episode brings new twists and turns. Oh, and some great food too! Sadly, the series is gearing up for the finale, but luckily we’ve got House Rules just around the corner and from what I hear from the show’s bosses, we can expect some of the best TV yet. White Chocolate Tart with Rhubarb Serves 8, Prep 30 mins, Cook 10 mins 250g packet Arnott’s Granita Biscuits 100g unsalted butter, melted 500g rhubarb stalks, trimmed ¹/ ³ cup caster sugar ¼ cup water 1 tsp vanilla bean paste FILLING 180g block white cooking chocolate, chopped 1½ cups thickened cream 1 Grease a 24cm round loose-base flan tin. Anzac Biscuits Makes 28, Prep 25 mins, Cook 36 mins 1 cup plain flour 1¹/ ³ cups traditional rolled oats ¾ cup caster sugar ¾ cup desiccated coconut 125g unsalted butter, chopped 2 tblsps golden syrup 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 2 tblsps boiling water 1 Grease and line three large oven trays with baking paper. 2 Place flour in a large bowl.
