Bolognese Tacos
Serves 4, Prep and Cook: 20 mins
1 tblsp olive oil 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed 500g beef mince 375ml jar red wine and garlic pasta sauce 168g box taco shells (12) Grated parmesan, sliced kalamata olives and shredded iceberg lettuce, to serve 1 Heat oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until soft. Add beef. Cook, stirring to break up mince, for about 5 minutes, or until browned.
2 Stir in pasta sauce. Bring to boil. Gently boil, stirring occasionally for about 3 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
3 Meanwhile, heat tacos according to directions on box.
