Salmon and Corn Crepes

400g pkt frozen ready-made crepes, thawed Steamed asparagus, to serve FILLING
50g butter, chopped ¼ cup plain flour 2 cups milk 415g can pink salmon, drained, bones and skin removed 310g can corn kernels, drained 3 green spring onions, thinly sliced 1¼ cups grated Tasty cheese 1 To make filling, melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add flour. Cook, stirring, over a medium heat for about 2 minutes, or until bubbling. Remove from heat. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly until smooth. Bring to boil. Gently simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until thickened. Remove from heat.
2 Stir in salmon, corn, onions and ¼ cup of cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
