Peanut Butter, Choc Chip and Pretzel Cookies MAKES 24 PREP & COOK 20 MINS ■ 1 cup smooth peanut butter (280g)  ■ 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar  ■ 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda  ■ 1 egg, lightly beaten  ■ 1 cup Milk Choc Bits  ■ ¾ cup pretzel twists, broken into pieces 1 Grease and line 2 large oven trays with baking paper. 2 Combine peanut butter, sugar, soda and egg in a bowl.
