Choc-Mallow Mousse SERVES 4 PREP & COOK 20 MINS ■ 250g milk cooking chocolate, chopped ■ 175g (2 cups) pink and white marshmallows, plus extra to decorate ■ 300ml tub thickened cream 1 Place chocolate, marshmallows and 2 tblsps hot water in a medium microwave safe bowl.
