PREP & COOK 1 HOUR
■ 300g elbow pasta
■ 1 large onion, finely chopped
■ 500g beef mince
■ 2 tsp ground cinnamon
■ 2 tsp dried oregano leaves
■ 560g jar passata sauce
■ 150g Greek feta, crumbled
■ Fried oregano sprigs, to garnish (optional)
CHEESE SAUCE
■ 80g butter, chopped
■ ⅓ cup plain flour
■ 2½ cups milk
■ 1 egg, lightly beaten
■ 1½ cups (165g) finely grated parmesan
1 Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water until tender. Drain. Return to pan.
