Five teenagers, then aged 15 to 18, were charged. Since his death, Jack’s parents, Brett and Belinda, have fought tirelessly for change. Chicken Banh Mi Salad SERVES 4 PREP 15 MINS ■ 440g packet shelf-fresh rice noodles ■ 2 cups (300g) shredded roast chicken meat ■ ¹ ⁄³ cup bottled Vietnamese salad dressing ■ 1 tbsp soy sauce ■ 1 large Lebanese cucumber ■ 1 large carrot, peeled, thinly shredded ■ 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce ■ 100g packet crunchy fried noodles ■ ¹⁄³ cup fresh coriander leaves ■ 3 green onions, thinly sliced ■ Kewpie mayonnaise and sliced long red chilli, to serve 1 Place rice noodles in a large heatproof bowl. KitKat Fudge SERVES 36 PREP & COOK 35 MINS ■ 2 x 160g blocks KitKat Milk Chocolate ■ 395g can sweetened condensed milk ■ 50g butter, chopped ■ 2 tbsp golden syrup ■ 290g packet Milk Choc Melts 1 Grease a 20cm square cake pan. Line base and sides with paper, extending baking paper 2cm above pan edges. 2 Cut KitKat into fingers. Reserve and set aside 18 fingers. Finely chop remaining fingers. 3 Place condensed milk, butter and syrup in a large saucepan. Stir over a medium-low heat until butter is melted. Increase heat to medium-high.
