The annual Tatler Dining Guide by Tatler Philippines was launched spectacularly on February 21 at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, an event attended by over 350 of the F&B industry’s finest, plus foodie friends to boot.
Stepping into the Grand Ballroom, guests were welcomed into a space decorated with plush blue and orange-hued lounge seating, surrounded by interactive food stations and free-flowing wine, bubbly, The Singleton whisky, Santa Ana Gin and Engkanto Beer. Guests were spoilt for choice with a juicy brisket, a smoked salmon bar, a nitrogen-chilled ceviche station, and international pass-around bites.
