There can’t be many more exciting places to work as a photographer than NASA, and the space agency has just announced the winners of its fourth Photographer of the Year awards, showcasing the best images taken by its in-house snappers.
There were four categories: Portrait, Documentation, People, and Places, and the diverse selection of winning photographs includes portraits of astronauts and images of rockets and planes, as well as shots of various Earth-bound NASA employees at work at engineering at test facilities.
