Walking can play a huge part in any fitness routine you’re planning for the new year. While research has shown that walking is not that powerful for shifting excessive amounts of weight, where walking really comes into its own is in its ability to help you keep the weight off in the long term. I consistently see clients’ shapes change, specifically around the waistline, abdominals and hips, when following my WalkActive guides.
