Unrelenting exhaustion is so commonplace these days that it now has its own acronym: TATT, or tired all the time. We’ve heard over and over that if we stay hydrated, exercise, get enough sleep, and eat healthy foods, we’ll have more energy. These are no doubt good tips for filling your so-called energy tank, but many of us do these things already—and we’re still feeling fatigued every day.
