2 cups raspberries, plus more for serving2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped1 seedless cucumber, peeled and chopped, plus more for serving1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped4 pickled cherry peppers (such as Peppadew peppers)¼ cup basil leaves, plus more for serving3 Tbsp lemon juice2 cloves garlic, smashed½ tsp kosher salt⅛ tsp cumin (optional)
1. In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth. Strain through a mesh sieve into a large bowl.
2. Divide among 4 chilled bowls and top with additional raspberries, cucumber, and basil.
