1½ cups short-grain white rice1 Tbsp hoisin sauce1 tsp sriracha1 tsp toasted sesame oil1 bunch small radishes, very thinly sliced¼ small red cabbage (about ½ lb), cored and finely shredded1 cup whole cilantro leaves plus ¼ cup, finely chopped2 Tbsp fresh lime juice 12 oz sweet Italian sausage, casings removed 1 1-in. piece fresh ginger, finely grated1 scallion, finely chopped1 tsp olive oil4 large eggs, fried to your liking
1. Cook rice per pkg. directions.
2. In bowl, whisk together hoisin, sriracha, and sesame oil. Add water, 1 tsp at a time, until sauce is drizzling consistency. In bowl, toss radishes, cabbage, whole cilantro leaves, and lime juice.
