1 Tbsp olive oil4 oz shiitake mushrooms, caps sliced (save stems for another use)4 oz cremini mushrooms, quartered1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil6 oz kale, leaves thinly sliced (save stems for another use)2 cloves garlic, pressed4 cups cooked long-grain rice2 large eggs, beaten2 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce1 tsp sriracha
