KENDO
◼ Kendo began as a variation of sword fighting to ensure that students would survive the training. Over time, this developed into a martial art in its own right. In Budokan, kendo is highly favourable, due to its long range, strength and high speed.
KUNCHAKU
◼ The two-piece stick was made famous by Bruce Lee’s mastery in the 1972 film Fist Of Fury. The weapon began life as a flail, used by farmers, and then found its way into karate training. In Budokan, the combination of long range, high impact and speed makes the nunchaku an excellent choice.
