Sony appeared to have finally put its PS3 software woes behind it, as the best rated game of the month was the platform game creation suite LittleBigPlanet. An exclusive review in Official PlayStation Magazine awarded it 10/10 last month, and this month it gained scores of 10/10 in Edge, 9/10 in games™ and 94% in Play. “It’s a multiplayer riot, a visual landmark, a feat of engineering, and one of the most charming games ever made,” said Edge. The creative aspect was the focus of the critique, with games™ complaining that, “Creating strange creatures or objects is effortless, but attempts to think big, to put together levels similar to those of the developer, left us frustrated.”
