WE EXPECT TO FIND ARTISTRY IN THE FINE ARTS – in painting, dance, photography, music, sculpture and the like. However, artistry does escape these boundaries, and most of us recognize it when we encounter it. We can see it in an athlete’s performance, we can taste it in the dishes of a great chef, and we can hear it in the words of an accomplished leader.
