After building a trio of top-quality custom scooters over three years, namely Rat Fink, Grimms Fairytale and the famous Scooterotica, he still had the urge, the desire, the itch to build another. Albeit this time round, Wayne had something different, in comparison with his previous projects, in mind for his next build. In contrast to the time-honoured adage with six ‘p’ words, about poor preparation, Wayne had been sourcing, amassing and collating a plethora of fixtures and fittings, as well as the odd piece of frippery in readiness, while working on his previous creation.
