PIGMENT POWDER BACKGROUND STEP 1 Remove a page from your colouring book and place on a non-porous surface, spray the sheet with a good soaking of water. STEP 2 Sprinkle the Color Burst pigment powders over the page, use only a small amount as these are very concentrated. STEP 3 Blend and spread the pigments powders together using a baby wipe, use more water if need. Dry with a heat gun.…
